Officials rushed to Kondaskoppa village in Belagavi district on Wednesday after complaints emerged of a family suffering social boycott by its relatives.

Narasoba Sambrekar, a member of the Kuruba community, complained to the police that some of his relatives have called for a social boycott of his family.
