OCTOPUS team bags second place in National Joint Counter IED exercise

The Andhra Pradesh OCTOPUS team secured second place in the 9th National Joint Counter IED Exercise “VISFOT KAVACH-IX”, organised at the National Security Guard (NSG) Training Centre, Manesar, Haryana, from November 10 to 14, said DGP Harish Kumar Gupta. In all, 23 teams from State Police Forces and the Central Armed Police Forces from different States and Agencies participated in the exercise. The OCTOPUS team of A.P. showcased excellent training standards and operational capabilities in the event, said OCTOPUS Inspector General of Police (Operations) Ch. Srikanth. The DGP congratulated the team for securing second place in the event.
