Congress president and Leader of the Opposition in the Rajya Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge on Friday clarified his earlier remarks on the leadership issue in Karnataka, stating that no decision has been taken so far on a change of Chief Minister and cautioning against speculation and “misreporting” of his comments.
