Curtains have gone up on the ninth edition of The Hindu Home Expo, with Kochi Mayor V.K. Minimol inaugurating the two-day event at LuLu Mall here on Saturday (July 4, 2026).

The Mayor hailed the expo as “a bridge to Keralite’s housing dreams”.

Presented by CERA Sanitaryware Limited, the expo showcases more than 125 Kerala Real Estate Regulatory Authority (K-RERA)-approved residential projects from 20 leading builders in and around Kochi. The properties being showcased range from ₹55 lakh to ₹5 crore.

Among the key highlights of the event are special rate offers from developers, reduced bank interest rates, and on-the-spot interactions with property developers. Site visits to selected projects are also being arranged directly from the venue. The exhibition remains open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Members of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India and three leading banks are among the participants.
