Chairman of the Telangana Fishermen Co-operative Societies Federation Mettu Sai Kumar has made scathing remarks about BRS working president K T Rama Rao and T Harish Rao, predicting their defeat in the upcoming elections.

Speaking at Gandhi Bhavan on Saturday, Sai Kumar claimed that KTR would lose regardless of his constituency and that the BRS party’s promises were nothing but empty words. He added that both KTR and Harish Rao had lost credibility and would no longer be believed by the people.

Sai Kumar expressed confidence in the Congress party’s prospects in the upcoming elections, predicting that they would win 31 Zilla Parishad chairperson posts, including the Jubilee Hills Assembly by-election. He stated that the people had faith in Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s leadership and governance.

Meanwhile, former MP Ravinder Naik appealed to tribals protesting near Indira Park, assuring them that the Congress government would implement the 10% reservation for tribals in Telangana. He emphasized that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy was committed to implementing the six guarantees and providing justice to the tribal community.
