The Kerala High Court has granted conditional anticipatory bail to Jinto P.D., a bodybuilder and winner of a popular Malayalam reality show, who had been booked on charges of trespass and theft at a gym in Vennala, Kochi, in August 2025.

A bench of Justice Bechu Kurian Thomas directed him to appear before the investigating officer on October 8 for interrogation. He must also appear before the investigating officer as and when required and cooperate with the probe.

According to the first information report (FIR) filed by the Palarivattom police, Mr. Jinto allegedly trespassed into the gym, which he had leased to a woman, and stole over ₹10,000 along with some documents. He was also accused of attempting to damage the CCTV cameras installed at the facility around midnight.

She had reportedly entered into an agreement with Mr. Jinto to run the gym for a year, after which disputes arose between them over its management. In May, she filed a complaint against Mr. Jinto for allegedly assaulting her, in which he had secured anticipatory bail from the High Court.
