Two main political parties in Kerala, the Congress and the Communist Party of India (Marxist) [CPI(M)] have sought an explanation from the Election Commission of India (EC), questioning the delay over the publication of the complete poll data of the Kerala Assembly elections held on April 9, 2026.
Leader of the Opposition V.D. Satheesan has written to the Chief Election Commissioner of India, drawing his attention to the fact that there was inordinate delay in publishing the official data related to the Kerala Assembly Elections.
