Kakatiya University plans to sign MoUs with three German universities

Kakatiya University has initiated the process of signing Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with three universities in Germany to strengthen academic and research collaboration as part of its internationalisation efforts.

Vice-Chancellor K. Pratap Reddy submitted Letters of Intent (LoIs) to the international relations offices of RWTH Aachen University, Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences and the University of Göttingen during his visit to the institutions on July 1.

The discussions were held in the presence of Higher Education Secretary Yogita Rana, RUSA 2.0 State Project Officer Soundarya Joseph, RUSA 2.0 Nodal Officer R. Mallikarjuna Reddy and Osmania University Vice-Chancellor M. Kumar.

According to a university release, the proposed MoUs are expected to facilitate student and faculty exchange programmes, collaborative research, opportunities for higher studies, participation in summer and winter schools, and other academic collaborations between Kakatiya University and the German institutions.
