To elevate deserving cadres to leadership roles, the Jana Sena Party (JSP) is gathering details at the Lok Sabha and Assembly constituency levels, for which committees, comprising the local MLAs / MPs and senior leaders, have been formed.

Party president and Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan is personally reviewing the reports coming in from the field.

A high-level panel headed by Mr. Pawan Kalyan is collecting the personal profiles of potential leaders and documents highlighting their services to the party.

According to a party release, Mr. Pawan Kalyan has been holding extensive discussions about ways to strengthen the party, which include recognising worthy cadres and vest leadership responsibilities with them.

He has apprised party leaders, Veera Mahilas (women wing leaders), and Sadhaks (active workers) about the party’s organisational building process and the committees formed for the stated purpose.

Mr. Pawan Kalyan and JSP Political Affairs Committee chairman and Civil Supplies Minister Nadendla Manohar will appoint constituency in-charges. The JSP chief has directed that the entire process be completed in four weeks.
