The Ibrahimpatnam police have written to the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) seeking the issuance of a lookout notice on Destiny Consultancy organisers, who are alleged to have duped job aspirants by promising employment opportunities abroad.

According to the police, A couple, natives of Guntur, currently settled in UK, set up private consultancy ‘Destiny Consultancy’ in Guntur, and were operating branches across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and other States.

The accused allegedly collected huge sums of money from job seekers by promising them jobs in the UK, but failed to offer them jobs. Following a complaint, the Ibrahimpatnam police in NTR district, registered a case and launched a hunt to nab the accused.

West Zone Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) N.S.V.K. Durga Rao on Thursday said that the Ibrahimpatnam police have initiated the process to obtain a lookout notice against the accused in the alleged fraud case.
