IndiGo to operate 11 flights, cancel 10 from Vizag Airport on December 7

IndiGo has announced the cancellation of 10, and operation of 11 flights from Vizag to various destinations, so far, on Sunday (December 7, 2025).

The IndiGo flights being operated on Sunday are: 6E845 – Chennai, 6E579 – Delhi, 6E7129 – Vijayawada, 6E1444 – Abu Dhabi, 6E7381 – Bhubaneswar, 6E779 – Hyderabad, 6E7063 – Tirupati, 6E7296 – Raipur, 6E783 – Hyderabad, 6E216 – Hyderabad, and 6E6680 – Delhi.

The flights canceled on Sunday are: 6E307 – Hyderabad, 6E218 – Bengaluru, 6E6585 – Bombay, 6E881 – Chennai, 6E6645 – Hyderabad, 6E6089 – Chennai, 6E2772 – Bengaluru, 6E617 – Kolkata, 6E883 – Hyderabad, and 6E6286 – Hyderabad.

The fares from New Delhi to Visakhapatnam on December 6 ranged between ₹73,716 and ₹1,00,682. The fares from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam ranged from ₹10,468 to ₹33,769, and the fare from Chennai to Visakhapatnam was ₹49,033 on December 6, according to K. Vijay Mohan, president of the Tours and Travels Association of Andhra.

“The government should protect passengers and ensure 100% refunds for cancelled flights, and allow hassle-free rebooking without extra charges apart from provision of hotel accommodation to stranded passengers,” he added.
