About 3,000 members of various organisations and clubs, along with students and trauma care teams, took part in the marathon, which concluded at Alathiyur. This was the fifth edition of the mini-marathon organised by the hospital.

Sandeep from Wayanad and Nabeel Sahi won the first and second prizes in the marathon. Anigith from Maharashtra won the third prize. Among women, Ranjita from Palakkad won the first prize.
