Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) has been awarded Level 4 Accreditation in the Airports Council International (ACI) World Airport Customer Experience Accreditation programme, placing it among a select group of airports worldwide recognised for excellence in passenger service.

The accreditation is the highest tier in ACI’s evaluation framework, which assesses airports on service delivery, operational efficiency, and passenger satisfaction. Level 4 accreditation acknowledges a mature and proactive approach to customer experience, supported by strong governance, collaboration, and measurable outcomes. The recognition reflects the airport’s efforts in building a customer-first culture across all levels of operation. The airport has adopted advanced passenger feedback mechanisms, invested in data-driven service enhancements, and engaged collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure smooth and seamless travel experiences. Continuous innovation in infrastructure, digital services, and hospitality has further strengthened its position as one of the leading airports in the region, said a release.
