Handicrafts are part of our rich heritage, and there is a need to preserve the legacy of 400-year-old Kondapalli toy-making craft for future generations, said NTR district Collector G. Lakshmisha.

After inaugurating the “Kondapalli Bommala Panduga” at the Kondapalli Toys Experience Centre, to mark the World Heritage Day, on Saturday (April 18, 2026), the Collector said that the district administration and the Tourism Department are working in tandem to ensure that the traditional craft is preserved and gets global recognition.
