Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will inaugurate a one-day global mobility conclave in Thiruvananthapuram on Tuesday (October 7, 2025), organised by the Protector of Emigrants, Thiruvananthapuram and Cochin, jointly with the Non-Resident Keralites Affairs Department (NoRKA).

Arun Kumar Chatterjee, Secretary, External Affairs Ministry, will address the conclave.

According to the Protector of Emigrants, Thiruvananthapuram and Kochi, Shashank Tripathi, the conclave will find ways and means to curb cheating by unscrupulous and fake recruitment agencies and formulate complaint redressal mechanisms.
