The Hyderabad district administration on Friday (March 27, 2026) cautioned that restaurants or eateries charging extra LPG fees on food bills is not permitted.
Hyderabad district Collectorate issued an alert to the public that customers are required to pay only the menu price of food items along with applicable taxes. Any inclusion of LPG-related charges over and above these components has been flagged as impermissible.
