The real estate sector in Andhra Pradesh has witnessed a revival following the State government’s measures to ensure the availability of sand at affordable prices and simplify building regulations, said CREDAI Vijayawada Chapter chairman C. Sathish Babu.

Addressing the media at a hotel in Vijayawada on Tuesday, January 6, Mr. Sathish Babu expressed gratitude to Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu for understanding the challenges faced by builders and for giving due importance to their suggestions on key issues affecting the sector.

Later, CREDAI Vijayawada Chapter president G. S. R. Mohan Rao announced that the 11th property show would be held on January 9, 10 and 11 at A Convention Centre in the city, and that Mr. Naidu had been invited to inaugurate the event.

The three-day property show will feature 50 stalls, and prizes worth ₹1 lakh in the form of gold and diamond ornaments will be given away daily through a lucky draw. Prospective buyers will have the opportunity to purchase properties directly from CREDAI member builders, he said.

A number of banks, builders and infrastructure companies will participate in the event.
