Responding to a query on former Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and former Deputy CM Manish Sisodia after their discharge by a Delhi court on Friday (February 27, 2026), at a press conference BJP MP and spokesperson Sudhanshu Trivedi said the lower court let them off “due to lack of evidence”.

“This is a technical matter…it is also true that many SIM cards and phones were destroyed as evidence,” he said.
