Convenors for Common Entrance Tests appointed

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) appointed Convenors for conducting the Common Entrance Tests (CETs) for the academic year 2026-27.

In a statement on Tuesday, the Council secretary B. Tirupati Rao said Professor of Mechanical Engineering from JNTU-Anantapur B. Durga Prasad will be the Convenor of APECET (Lateral entry to Diploma holders in Engineering), to be held on April 23, 2026, Professor of Computer Science and Systems Engineering, Andhra University, M. Shashi will be the Convenor of APICET (MBA and MCA) to be held on April 28, 2026, and Professor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Andhra University, P. Mallikarjuna Rao will be the Convenor of APPGECET (M. Tech and M. Pharm) to be held on April 29, 30 and May 2, 2026.

Similarly, Professor of Law, Sri Padmavati Mahila Viswa Vidyalayam, T. Sita Kumari, will be the Convenor of APLAWCET (LLB and LLM) to be held on May 4, Professor of Education from Dravidian University, D. Srinivas Kumar, will be the Convenor of APEDCET (B.Ed) to be held on May 4, Professor of Organic Chemistry from Sri Venkateswara University, V. Padmavathi, will be the Convenor for APPGCET (MA, M. Sc, M. Com) to be held on May 5 and May 8 to 11, Professor of Mechanical Engineering from JNTU-Kakinada, N. Mohan Rao, will be the Convenor of APEAPCET (Engineering) to be held from May 12 to 15 and on May 18 and APEAPCET (Agri and Pharma) to be held on May 19 and 20. Professor of Physical Education, Acharya Nagarjuna University, P.P.S. Paul Kumar, is the convenor for APPECET (B.P. Ed, UG D. P. Ed and M.P. Ed), scheduled to be held in May/June, 2026.
