The Government has constituted committees to address complaints or objections if any, regarding the selection list of the DSC-2025, released on September 15, 2025.

In a statement, convenor of DSC-2025 M. Venkata Krishna Reddy said for district-level posts (Under zones), a zonal committee has been formed comprising the respective Zonal RJDSE (Regional Joint Director of School Education) and two District Educational Officers (DEOs) from the concerned zone, while for Zonal/State-level posts, a State Level Grievance Redressal Committee consisting of three senior state-level officers has been put in place.

These Zonal and State level committees will resolve the complaints/objections received within 15 days, he said.

If a candidate is not satisfied with the decision of the Zonal Committee, they may appeal to the State Level Committee and if a candidate is still not satisfied with the decision of the State Level Committee, he/she may file a final appeal before the Final Appellate Authority (Commissioner of School Education), he explained, adding that all such final appeals will be resolved within 30 days. The decision of the Final Appellate Authority shall be treated as final and binding.

He said candidates having any complaints/objections regarding their selection must submit them to the Zonal or State Level Grievance Redressal Committees on or before October 25, 2025, and complaints submitted after this date will not be entertained.

Explaining about the procedure to be followed, he said candidates must send a printed hard copy of their complaint/objection to the respective committee. They must also send the same complaint/objection by email to the respective committee.

The emails of the zonal level grievance committees are: mdscgrievances.z1@apschooledu.in, mdscgrievances.z2@apschooledu.in, mdscgrievances.z3@apschooledu.in, mdscgrievances.z4@apschooledu.in

For State Level Committee: mdscgreivances.state@apschooledu.in and for Final Appeal (Appellate Authority): mdscappellateauthority@apschooledu.in
