The Bengaluru-based Centre for Stem Cell Research (CSCR), a unit of BRIC-inStem, will organise a two-day 10th Annual Cell and Gene Therapy Symposium (CGTS), at Christian Medical College (CMC) campus in Vellore on Friday, (October 10).
According to a press release, Jeetendra Singh, Union Minister for Science and Technology, will inaugurate the symposium. The CGTS 2025 symposium is a forum for exchange of transformative ideas and forging of global partnerships among scientists and clinicians. By pioneering new technologies in the field of biotherapeutics, such collaborations are crucial to India’s vision of providing accessible and curative health solutions.
The meeting will feature more than 50 faculty from overseas and India, who will cover several areas of gene therapy, diagnostics, cell-based therapy and other forms of treatment, the release said.
