Members of the Karnataka Rajya Chalavadi Kshemabhivriddhi Sangha would be hosting “Bhima Nadige” (Bhima route march) in Chittapur town on November 2 demanding the State government to completely ban RSS activities in Karnataka.

Sangha State president Mahadev Swamy and secretary Dinesh Doddamani, in a joint press conference, said that nearly 1000 people are expected to participate in the “Bhima Nadiga” scheduled to be held at Chittapur on November 2.

Mahadev Swamy demanded that the State government impose restrictions on the RSS as the organisation is spreading a divisive and harmful ideology; the organisation never accepted the Constitution, he added.

Listing out the excerpts from the history, Mr. Doddamani claimed that the RSS ideology is a poison for the country, the prominent leaders of RSS issued dangerous statements frequently that reveal their conspiracy to rewrite the history of the country. The Indian Constitution, written by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, irks the RSS and BJP because it speaks of equality, secularism, and justice, but the RSS wants manusmriti. When the Constitution was adopted, the RSS rejected it, he reiterated.

Sangha honorary president Rajkumar Kapnoor said that the hidden agenda of RSS has always been to distort and destroy the Indian Constitution, because it stands against the core fascist beliefs of the organisation. People were scared to raise their voice against RSS, as speaking against the organisation can get them killed, but raising our voice and fighting back is the only way to end RSS, he said.

“Our leader (Minister Priyank Kharge) has shown the courage to raise his voice and fight against the RSS. People who believe in the spirit of the Constitution and its core values would stand by Mr. Kharge in the fight against the RSS organisation,” Mr. Kapnoor added.
