CBSE results: With 98.91% results, Bengaluru region stands third

Across India, there is a slight improvement in pass percentage by 0.04 points, compared to the previous year. The Board stated that the results of 2025-26 academic year are “proof that students are well prepared for competency-based assessment.”

With a pass percentage of 98.91%, Bengaluru region (Karnataka) managed to retain the third position among regions in the Class 10 exam-1 of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). It held the same position in 2025 too.

In the results declared on Wednesday, Trivandrum and Vijayawada regions stood first, with a pass percentage of 99.79% each, while Chennai region stood second with 98.58% of result.
