The Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced Deepavali bonanza offers, including a 4G plan for new customers, lucky draw, gift a recharge initiative.
BSNL has launched a token ₹1 Deepavali 4G plan that essentially offers one month of free mobile services for new customers. By paying just ₹1 as a token activation charge, a user will get unlimited voice calls, 2 GB/day, high-speed and 100 SMS/day for 30 days and a free SIM card. Offer applicable for new customers availing the plan between October 15 and November 15, 2025, a press release said on Saturday (October 18, 2025).
For existing customers, every BSNL user who recharges with a plan ₹100 and above on October 18, 19 and 20 will be eligible for lucky draws. Ten of them will have a chance to win one silver coin of 10 grams every day.
A BSNL customer can gift a prepaid recharge or top-up to friends or family members as a present and the recipient will receive 2.5% discount on the gifted amount.
