Bobby Deol was clicked arriving at Taj Lands End in Mumbai for Dharmendra’s prayer meet. The actor was seen seated in his car, avoiding the paps stationed outside the hotel. Sunny Deol and the rest of the family are expected to arrive soon.
Dharmendra passed away on November 24, leaving the nation mourning. Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, and others arrived at the funeral to pay their last respects.
Bobby Deol has refrained from making any public appearances ever since Dharmendra’s hospitalisation and later, his passing. On Thursday, he was clicked arriving quietly at his father’s prayer meet. He hid his face with his hand.

When and where is Dharmendra’s prayer meet being held?
The Deol family announced the prayer vigil for Dharmendra with an invitation shared on social media. The poster had a touching throwback photograph of the legendary actor alongside the words “Celebration of Life.” The note further read: “Dharmendra, 8 December 1935 – 24 November 2025. Prayer meet on 27 November 2025, 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm.”
The gathering will be held at Seaside Lawns, Taj Lands End, Bandra, Mumbai, offering fans, friends and well-wishers a chance to come together and honour the late star.
As per reports, singer Sonu Nigam is expected to pay tribute by performing some of Dharmendra’s most beloved songs during the service.
Several industry celebs are expected to attend the prayer meet
Dharmendra’s funeral was held on the day of his death, on November 24, where several prominent personalities from the film industry, including Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, arrived to stand by the Deol family. Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Hrithik Roshan, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, and many others were also spotted.
The veteran actor’s well-wishers from the film industry are expected to attend his prayer meet today.
