BJP seeks urgent reforms in Andhra Pradesh welfare hostels over safety and infrastructure gaps

Expressing serious concern over the condition of welfare hostels across Andhra Pradesh, Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) State president P. V. N. Madhav has urged the government to initiate immediate and comprehensive reforms.

Speaking after visiting several SC, ST and BC welfare hostels under the ‘Janata Varadhi’ outreach programme on Monday, Mr. Madhav said he inspected both pre-matric and post-matric facilities and interacted with students, wardens and staff. The BJP district presidents have also submitted representations at the Collectorates across the State, highlighting key issues.
