Bihar man arrested with 14.3 kg ganja at Secunderabad railway station

A 32-year-old man from Bihar was arrested by the Government Railway Police (GRP) and Railway Protection Force (RPF) at the Secunderabad railway station for transporting 14.322 kg ganja from Odisha.

The accused, identified as Jawahar Kumar, a centring worker in Odisha and a native of Khagaria district in Bihar, was apprehended during a joint checking operation on May 4. Police said that the contraband, valued at over ₹7.16 lakh, was seized from a trolley suitcase in his possession. A case was registered under the NDPS Act.
