Tollywood actor Manchu Manoj on Sunday said that areas in and around Bhogapuram international airport would witness unprecedented development, similar to the Shamsabad international airport region which has grown into another city over the past 20 years. He was the chief guest at the launch of Assure Sarayu Phase 2, a real estate project of Assure Developers, at Denkada near the airport.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that investment in property always enhances value and provides long-term security for families. CREDAI vice-president K. S. C. Bose said land prices in Vizianagaram were relatively lower than in Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam, and expressed hope that the Fort City would become a metro city in the coming decades with the establishment of the international airport.
Assure Developers CEO B. Nagabhusan Reddy and Managing Partner S. R. Gopinath Reddy said customer trust was the real wealth of any company, while explaining the project details. Former Nellimarla MLA Baddukonda Appala Naidu, Assure Developers partner K. Madhava Reddy and others were present.
