The Bengaluru Traffic Police on Tuesday inducted five new electric patrolling vehicles donated by Numerous Motors under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme to strengthen traffic enforcement and improve emergency response across the city.

The vehicles were flagged off at a function attended by Police Commissioner Seemant Kumar Singh and Joint Commissioner (Traffic) Karthik Reddy, along with officials from Numerous Motors.

As part of its CSR initiative, Numerous Motors donated a fleet of five customised Diplos electric patrol vehicles designed specifically for police operations.

Each vehicle is equipped with a bullhorn, siren, beacon lights, high-intensity search lights, mobile data terminal holders, utility storage boxes and helmets to support field personnel.

The vehicles will be deployed at traffic police stations across Bengaluru to strengthen on-ground patrolling, enable faster response during traffic congestion and emergencies and enhance overall road safety management. The initiative is expected to improve the mobility and operational efficiency of traffic police personnel while promoting sustainable transportation.
