Bengaluru rowdy-sheeter arrested under Goonda Act

The Mahalakshmi Layout police have arrested a rowdy-sheeter identified as Vinay Kumar, 30, under the provisions of the Goonda Act.

Kumar, a known rowdy element in the Mahalakshmi Layout Police Station limits, has allegedly been actively involved in criminal activities across various police station limits.
