The aquaculture farmers of Andhra Pradesh are in an upbeat mood as the seafood exports from India crossed the ₹72,000-crore mark in the 2025-26 fiscal year, registering an increase in the corresponding figures of the 2024-25 fiscal.
The Indian seafood exports crossed ₹72,000 crore, reaching all-time high in the history of marine products of the country and the share of Andhra Pradesh accounted for more than 30% of the exports.
