The government has given permission to Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) to fill up the left-over seats in the convener quota under spot admissions into Post Graduate courses (M.A, M. Sc, M. Com, etc.) with eligible candidates who are not Common Entrance Test (CET)-qualified and have not appeared for Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET)-2025, in universities and their affiliated government colleges for the academic year 2025-26.

A GO issued to this effect on Thursday (December 04) said this is being done as one time relaxation of the rules/ guidelines, subject to conditions that the candidates who are not CET-qualified and did not appear for AP PGCET-2025 but admitted under spot admissions, are not eligible for fee reimbursement.
