Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras has opened applications for the October 2026 cohort of its School Connect programme, which is intended to expose school students to various academic disciplines and help them make informed choices about their education and career.
This year, students of Class IX may also take part, along with students of Classes X, XI, and XII. Early exposure helps students discover diverse career paths ahead of time, a release stated. The deadline for applications ends on September 30 and the courses commence on October 5. Principals and school administrators may partner with the IIT Madras School Connect programme through https://code.iitm.ac.in/schoolconnect/, the release added.
