The All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) on Friday (October 17, 2025) celebrated its 54th foundation day with general secretary Edappadi K. Palnaiswami expressing the hope that his party would emerge victorious in the forthcoming Assembly poll in 2026.
Mr. Palaniswami, who hoisted the party flag at the headquarters and launched the print edition of a journal, said when the people of Tamil Nadu had faced injustice, it was the AIADMK that came to their rescue first by highlighting their problems. Senior leaders, including K.P. Munusamy, Dindigul C. Sreenivasan, and D. Jayakumar, were among those who attended the celebration.
