Many saffron party leaders said the U.P. CM brought “good governance to the ground”, with supporters of Mr Adityanath hoping to see him rise further in Indian politics.

“Best wishes to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister, Yogi Adityanath Ji on his birthday. His work towards the state’s progress is noteworthy. He has always focused on improving the quality of life for people and ensuring all-round growth. Praying for his long and healthy life,” wrote Prime Minister Narendra Modi on X.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah extending greeting said, “Heartiest birthday wishes to the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Shri Yogi Adityanath ji. Under the leadership of Modi ji, the double engine government of the state is setting new standards of good governance and public welfare. I pray to God for your good health and long life,”.

The Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) president and former four-time U.P. CM Mayawati on X wrote, “ Heartiest congratulations to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister and senior BJP leader Yogi Adityanath ji on his birthday today and also best wishes for his healthy and long life,”.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh described Mr. Adityanath as a popular and hardworking Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. “Heartiest birthday wishes to Yogi Adityanath, the popular and hardworking Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. Under his leadership, Uttar Pradesh has achieved remarkable success in the areas of good governance, security, development, and public welfare. As a result of his determination and tireless hard work, Uttar Pradesh is today rapidly progressing on the path of progress and prosperity. I pray to God to grant him good health, long life, and continued energy and strength for public service,” said Mr. Singh.

Born on June 5, 1972, in Panchur village in Pauri Garhwal (now in Uttarakhand), Mr. Adityanath, who also represented Gorakhpur five times in the Lok Sabha, planted trees to observe World Environment Day on his birthday.
