A day after Janata Dal(S) State secretary Shivakumar Natikar, who hails from the Talawar community, said that Scheduled Tribes (STs) certificates were not being issued to members of the Talawar community in Kalaburagi and Yadgir districts, Congress MLC Thippannappa Kamaknoor on Sunday refuted the charge and asserted that the process of issuing certificates has not been stopped.

Addressing a press conference in Kalaburagi, Mr. Kamaknoor said that claims suggesting a halt in the issuance of Scheduled Tribes certificates are baseless and misleading.
