Union Minister for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution Pralhad Joshi has said that as per the advice of the Union Environment Ministry, a revised proposal on Hubballi-Ankola Railway Project has been submitted and when it gets approval, the region will get access to three ports.

He was inaugurating the five-day Industrial and Commerce exhibition INCOMEX-2026 organised by Karnatak Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) at the Multipurpose Exhibition Centre on APMC Yard in Hubballi on Saturday.
