Police have taken at least 10 persons into custody and ordered a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP)-level inquiry into the alleged role and conduct of Nallapadu Circle Inspector (CI) Kandepu Vamsidhar in connection with an attack on a private hospital in the city.
