Former Minister and Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) working president Tanveer Sait has claimed that the party had to face embarrassment on account of the confusion caused among voters during the recent bypolls to the Davangere South Assembly Constituency.

Fielding queries from reporters on Tuesday (April 14) about the action taken by the party leadership against some leaders of the minority community in the Congress, Mr. Sait said it is essential that leaders work for the party’s ideology.
