Thilagavathy assumes charge as CGM at BSNL Chennai

D. Thilagavathy, an officer of the 1989 batch Indian Telecommunication Service, assumed charge as Chief General Manager, BSNL Chennai Telephones, on April 6.

A B.Tech. graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy, she began her career with the Steel Authority of India (SAIL) in 1990 for a short period. As the Chief General Manager (CGM), Chennai Telephones, she will lead the organisation’s strategic growth and infrastructure development in Chennai.
