The Builders’ Association of India (BAI), Mysuru chapter, will conduct the 25th edition of the MYBUILD exhibition, which will feature developments in the construction sector and building materials, from December 11 to 15.

MYBUILD-25 is a platform for buyers and sellers to interact. It will introduce the latest trends in the construction sector and real estate development.

The BAI expo, to be held at Maharaja’s College Grounds, will have 300 stalls. Apart from the expo, BAI will also host Dakshina Parva 2.0, a Southern Region Conference of South India Builders, as part of the silver jubilee celebrations, according to Ramesh Rao, chairman, MYBUILD-25.

He told media persons that the expo will be of interest not only to professionals in the field but also to potential property buyers. Architects, engineers, building contractors, tradesmen, government agencies, manufacturers of construction material and equipment, interior designers, property developers, students of civil engineering, architecture, and so on are key participants in the event, said Mr. Rao. In addition, multinational companies in the construction and building sector will display innovative products at the expo, he added.

N. Lokesh, secretary of MYBUILD-25, said that at the expo, Spoorthi, the ladies wing of BAI, will manage four charity stalls and sell products made by women from below the poverty line, persons with disabilities, and so on. Proceeds will go towards the welfare of construction workers’ families.
