Domestic LPG supply steady in Hyderabad; auto-LPG under strain amid imports decline: Collector

Hyderabad, which has around 18.62 lakh domestic LPG connections serviced by 69 distribution centres, continues to witness stable supply for household consumers. However, the Auto-LPG segment, largely managed by private operators, is facing pressure due to a decline in imports, said Hyderabad District Collector Hari Chandana Dasari on Wednesday.

The Collector was speaking at a district-level Energy Supply Monitoring Committee meeting where she reviewed the availability, stock levels and supply status of petrol, diesel and LPG with distributors and agency operators.
