In a bid to enhance pilgrim convenience, safety, and transparency during the upcoming Dasara Mahotsavam–2025, Sri Durga Malleswara Swamyvarla Devasthanam has rolled out a suite of IT-enabled services.

The digital initiatives were inaugurated Monday by Endowments Commissioner K. Ramachandra Mohan, in the presence of Executive Officer of the Devasthanam V.K. Sreenivasa Naik.

Mobile Application – A Single-Window Digital Platform

The Dasara 2025 Mobile Application (available on Android and iOS) integrates all temple services into one platform. Its features include darshan timings, daily Goddess alankarams with photos, QR-based seva bookings, live streaming of festivities, prasadam and annaprasadam counter updates, bus tracking with ETA, parking slot availability, emergency service contacts, toilet and drinking water locations, child safety via QR wristbands, donor and volunteer services, and real-time alerts.

WhatsApp Chatbot for Instant Access

Pilgrims can also access services directly through the WhatsApp chatbot (9441820717), without downloading any app. With AI-powered support in Telugu and English, the chatbot provides darshan schedules, daily alankaram details, prasadam and annaprasadam availability, parking and transport updates, emergency contacts, feedback submission, and location-based navigation links.

Both the mobile app and chatbot have been designed and developed by Amaravathi Software Innovations Pvt. Ltd. With these advanced digital solutions, the Devasthanam hopes to provide devotees a seamless spiritual experience during one of the most celebrated festivals of Vijayawada.
