Vidyashala alumnus felicitated for national achievement

Dr. Ravish Suresh Bannihatti, who secured the first rank in the country in the Institute of National Importance Super Specialisation (INI-SS) exam for DM Cardiology, was felicitated by Sri Ramakrishna Vidyashala here on December 24.

A native of Hosahalli in Bhadravati taluk, Dr. Bannihatti completed his high school and PU education at Sri Ramakrishna Vidyashala and was the State topper in the science stream in the second PUC examination held in 2016.

Addressing the students, he shared his guidance on achieving success in competitive examinations and also boosted the students’ confidence through a pep talk. He took questions from students of his alma mater and cleared their doubts.

The programme was attended by Swami Muktidananda, president of Sri Ramakrishna Ashram and trustee of Belur Ramakrishna Mutt and Mission, Swami Yukteshananda, correspondent of Sri Ramakrishna Vidyashala, and T.K. Chandrashekar, principal of Sri Ramakrishna Vidyashala, among others.
