Akhil Marar, television personality, joins Twenty20

Malayalam television personality and filmmaker Akhil Marar joined Twenty20, an ally of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), here on Thursday (Februaru 19, 2026).

Sabu M. Jacob, president of the party, said that he would contest as the candidate of Twenty20 in the forthcoming Assembly election. The constituency will be decided after talks with the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), he added.
