Shamirpet Police Station in Cyberabad commissionerate has been ranked 7th in the country and first in Telangana in the Ministry of Home Affairs’ annual list of best-performing police stations, securing national recognition for its standards of service and professionalism.

The ranking evaluates stations on overall performance, record maintenance, quality of interactions with complainants, timely grievance redressal, cleanliness, landscaping, effective CCTNS operations and staff conduct. Officials said Shamirpet outperformed its peers across these parameters, earning it a place in the top ten nationwide.
