77 RR IPS probationers meet Governor

Indian Police Service (IPS) probationers of the 77th Rergular Recruit (RR) batch, allotted to Telangana, and undergoing training at the Telangana State Police Academy (TGPA), called on Governor Jishnu Dev Varma at Raj Bhavan in Hyderabad on Saturday. The probationers were accompanied by Abhilasha Bisht, Director General TGPA, who briefed the Governor on their ongoing curriculum, field exposure modules and the preparedness of the trainees for policing responsibilities in the State. During the interaction, the Governor noted that the officers play a vital role in preserving constitutional values, maintaining public safety and reinforcing democratic institutions.
