German firm Deutsche Borse is all set to launch its global capability centre (GCC) in Hyderabad. A delegation led by German Consul General, Michael Harper, called on Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Tuesday (November 4, 2025) and informed him about the company’s decision to launch its GCC soon.

The German delegation briefed the Chief Minister about the centre which was being established as part of the company’s expansion. The new facility would provide at least 1,000 job opportunities in the next two years.

Mr. Reddy thanked the German team for choosing Hyderabad to set up their GCC. The city is the best destination for investments and the Government is ready to provide its full support to global investors. He exhorted the German firms to invest in IT, pharma and automobile sectors reaffirming that Telangana was prepared to strengthen ties with Germany for more investments.

The Chief Minister sought the cooperation of the team in promoting Hyderabad as an investment hub. The German Consul General was requested to appoint teachers and help in teaching German language to Telangana students. Mr. Reddy wanted the Consul General to help in providing vocational education and skill development training through Telangana Overseas Manpower Company (TOMCOM).
