In a meeting on preparedness with the MLAs and Members of Parliament here on Monday, Mr. Narayana has claimed that all the fishermen who ventured into the sea for fishing have landed safely and returned to the Kakinada coast.

On measures to tackle the cyclone after the landfall, Mr. Narayana said that 1000 staff of the Electricity department serving in the Rayalaseema region arrived in Kakinada district for the electricity restoration drive.

“We have a sufficient number of Electricity department personnel to complete the restoration drive along the Kakinada coast once the cyclone makes its landfall,” said Mr. Narayana.
