A cumulative number of 28,456 nominations were received for polls to seven Municipal Corporations and 116 Municipalities in Telangana that will go to polls on February 11. The nominations were received from January 28-30.
This will be followed by scrutiny of nominations and publication of validly nominated candidates on Saturday. After filing of appeals against rejection and their disposal, the final list of contesting candidates will be published on February 3.
